CASHIER AT BEDOK MALL SUSHI OUTLET ALLEGEDLY SHOUTED AT CUSTOMER

just now If you are the manager or management team reading this review I want to flag out the cashier aunty I was having trouble loading my capita mall voucher so I told her to hold on and she could proceed with another customer first she shouted at me sounding really pissed off she said I already key your order she said it in Chinese she was so mad so I got embarrassed as she shouted at me.

i even apologised to her and the person queuing behind me she then proceeded to shout at me this time even louder she said in Chinese why you take so long why other people can do it so fast i was embarrassed i paid using a debit card and left I get that you guys have a good reputation for the good prices and quality sushi but that does not mean that your staff can be that rude to the customer because basic respect i feel is still necessary nad that ur staff need to learn to respect people

  • Staff is extremely rude. If possible it’s gonna be a 0 stars to them. Wanted to use a particular voucher but the cashier auntie is so rude and unhelpful. She’s not even listening to me, just randomly blabber and shooting her mouth off. Terrible experience.
    To cashier Auntie, please take a chill pill. If you don’t know how to use the machines it’s ok. Or if my vouchers cannot be used, its ok. Don’t get so defensive and rude. Will it kill to just tell me nicely and calmly? What a service.
    To junshin express, please educate your staffs.
  • sushi not bad, staff at counter not friendly…. please consider hiring someone else
  • Pls improve the sushi quality. The rice is tasteless and hard. A female staff with specs has annonying attitude. Dun think they can make it long. Hope a better sushi takeaway stall takes over.
  • Very poor customer service by staffs. Also, $0.95 for a piece of sushi is too pricey.
