A netizen written a post and had uploaded it to social media to express disappointment at the courier services of courier company, J&T Express Singapore.
According to the netizen, he claims that the services provided from J&T Express is the worst that he has ever experienced.
He mentions that J&T Express failed to pick up his parcel for a total of seven days after multiple tries, from 8 February 2022 to 14 February 2022.
To make things worst, the netizen further adds on that on 14 February 2022, J&T Express then claimed that the netizen’s parcel was not ready for collection.
This according to the netizen is not the truth as no one from J&T Express had showed up at his house for the past seven days and yet they can blatantly lie that his parcel was not ready for collection.
The netizen ends of by saying that such service provided is horrible.
A screenshot of the failed attempts to pick up the parcel was also included in the netizen’s post.

“Worse courier service I ever encounter (J&T express Singapore)
Failed to pick up parcel from 08 Feb to 14 Feb. expect the customer to wait for 7 days at home. Don’t even bother to call customer on the status.
Worse was that, on 14 Feb. claimed my parcel not ready. No one turn up my house and yet they can lie by commenting that. This is horrible.”

- I have the same issue as you for the whole week for my 16parcel and finally shopee advise me to go dropoff the item at J & T pickup point near my hse and I did it. Although a bit slow but at least it’s picking up n start moving. Perhaps you can try. Yesterday my order they also came my hse pickup no delay. Mine also woodlands
