American Actor Will Smith had his very own Kanye West moment at the Oscars yesterday when he went up on stage to confront comedian Chris Rock and slapped him in the face.
Rock had made a joke about his wife Jada Pinkett Smith, referencing her bald head and saying that he was looking forward to seeing her in G.I Jane.
Jada is suffering from alopecia, which is an autoimmune disorder which causes the sufferer to lose their hair.
Will Smith then went up on stage to confront Chris Rock and slapped him across the face in front of everyone in the audience.
Chris Rock then exclaimed “Will Smith just smached the s— out of me!”
Smith then returned to his seat and shouted “KEEP MY WIFE’S NAME OUT YOUR F—–G MOUTH!”

Will Smith’s publicist was seen talking to him during a commercial break, and he was also seen being comforted by Denzel Washington and Tyler Perry as he wiped tears off his face.

Less than half an hour later, Smith then won the Oscar for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in King Richard, where he then gave a lengthy speech while in tears and apologizing to the academy.
