GRAB DRIVER ENCOUNTER “YAO GUI” PASSENGER (VIDEO)

Yesterday night, I had an encounter with an inconsiderate pax who was carrying an infant and had 3 other children below the height of 1.35m at Compassvale Crescent at about 1.50am in the morning.

Other than that, I managed to complete 4 Grab and 1 private booking to cover my rental for the day.

From Monday onwards, I’ll have a huge change in my driving time as my work shift has changed from 11 am to 11 pm to 7.30am to 7.30pm.

Incentives no change for 3 consecutive weeks but to be honest, it doesn’t really affect me as I don’t depend on Grab for a living.

Attached is the video of the inconsiderate pax who asked me to cancel, citing that she will be penalised if she were to cancel the booking.

Compassvale to Tanglin Halt in the middle of the night is there a high chance that I’ll encounter a road block? That was the main thing on my mind.

Do i want to take the risk for $18 or if i take the trip and get spotted by other drivers, will i be labelled as “yao gui”?

*After editing, the part where her friend cancelled the booking was missing.
