22-YEAR-OLD MAN HOSPITALISE AFTER HOLLAND VILLAGE FIGHT

On Sunday (April 10), a video was uploaded to Facebook depicting a fight between a bunch of men in Holland Village.

The fight occurred along Lorong Mambong on April 8.

In responses to media enquires the Police told AsiaOne that the fight ended with a 22-year-old man sent to the hospital and the Police said that they were contacted around 11.37 PM.

 According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.

 Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to 3 years and/or a fine of up to $5,000.

According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.

Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year, a fine of up to $5,000, or both.
