In Singapore, driving or riding rules are normally strictly enforced. Traffic offences like beating a red light often come with a hefty fine and demerit points.
The strict enforcement usually keeps local vehicles in check and no one really wants to pay such a huge fine.
Malaysia registered vehicle

One of the netizens commented on the video and said that: “That’s normal thing in Malaysia .. they will follow the rule if see a motorcycle with blue light or car that write POLIS and all Malaysian driver most feared JPJ“
Some netizens said that it is not only Malaysian registered motorbikes and said that some Singapore motorbikes ride in a similar manner.
