A Facebook user, Clarice Teo, shared how she had ordered a basket of flowers but allegedly only received a one-sided, half basket of flowers instead.
She also revealed that the florist had demanded she take down her review of they will proceed with legal action against her.
Here is what she said
Updated: Edited this post as I have received 4 separate messages from them demanding me to take down my post or they will proceed with legal action.

Hey everyone, I am writing to share about my experience with a recent purchase with a floral vendor, Seasons by Dahlia, so that you are aware before making your floral purchase. As there is no avenue for me to provide a review about the product, I am posting this on my page.
This is my personal opinion, and it’s up to your discretion to decide on your purchase.
So here it goes:
I ordered a floral arrangement on Wednesday in celebration of my own birthday, and chanced upon Seasons By Dahlia which had beautiful arrangements. All went well, and the flowers were delivered to me in time. However, when I received it, I was confused. I received half a basket of flowers, when what I ordered was 1 basket of flowers.
I’ve also uploaded photos of what I received.
I have purchased floral arrangements from other vendors and never had such an experience where the product received was different from what I received. So I sent them a message to better understand the basket of flowers I received, and a conversation ensued.
TDLR, please see screenshots of my conversations with the seller, and again this is my personal opinion.
1) They quoted a “misunderstanding” on the product I received. When I responded with my thoughts, they replied that I could have checked with them and it’s all one-sided floral arrangements unless otherwise stated. I ordered the basket of flowers based on their photos and videos, which showed a full basket. It was not reflected anywhere on the product page that it was one-sided when I placed my order.
2) They continued with the response that they have never received this issue. I could rationalize why.
3) I offered to do a poll so others could vote if there was any variance to the product. They responded with a refund on the terms that I sent the basket back to them. I declined as it was not a product defect – information was left out.
4) I was then alerted that their website was updated, reflecting that the arrangement is a one sided arrangement after I gave the feedback.
5) They agreed to a refund, but offered to pick it up the next day. I did not receive a respond thereafter from 5pm to 9am.
6) They responded the next day with a 15 minute lead time for the pick up.
I have checked with another vendor, and yes, there are one-sided arrangements, but they are more front-facing, than one-sided. (See photo from Floral Mikelle)
At the moment, they have already picked up the flowers, and went ahead to process the refund which will take about a week due to payment method.
