Many users who wished to grab tickets to Jay Chou’s concert has been face with difficulties in both buying at ticket outlets and online.
At the ticketing website, it showed a Time out gateway error. This is typically due to overwhelming traffic that crashed the services of the server.
Naturally, ticket sales at the booth access the same system to avoid double booking and it was also down.
A crowd was seen waiting hours outside ticketing booths waiting to get their hands on the Mandopop star’s concert tickets.
The company has since issued an apology on Facebook.
