The video begins with a man believed to be the driver of the car, outside of his vehicle, as he was being filmed by another man.
The cameraman then zoomed in and noticed a white figure standing on top of the car, as he then shouted out to the driver in horror.
He shouted at the driver to hurry into his car, as the ghostly white figure continued standing on top of the car.
