A 10-metre high slide at an Indonesian water park collapsed, resulting in chaotic scenes among the park-goers at the scene.
The incident happened at Kenpark, in Indonesia.
The slide had suddenly collapsed, resulting in 16 people being injured, of which the casualties included children and teenagers.
Water could be seen leaking out of the slide moments before it collapsed, and many tourists fell from height after it collapsed.
The park goers below the slide were visibly disturbed and shouting, as many went to go and check on the victims who had fallen down.
The person in charge of the water park said that the probable cause for the collapse of the slide was because it was overloaded at the time.
