Do not stay at KSL resort, so many cockroaches. Called the customer service, kept telling me wait for the officer to call me back. Waited for 10 mins still no people calling me, call again to say that I want a change of room and she said the same thing that the officer will call me. Now going 12am already and I have a daughter, how long do we have to stay awake? Disgusting..
