A video emerged online showing a confrontation between a PRC man and another foreigner at People’s Park Complex at Chinatown.

The PRC man had purportedly confronted the shorter man and accused him of secretly taking photos and videos of other people.
He then held on to the smaller guy by the shirt and dragged him around the mall.
Potential penalties
According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
