A netizen shared how her father was playing at an arcade when they met a staff member who allegedly scolded him and asked him if he wanted to fight.
Here is what she said
Just to share one of the staff working in *arcade name redacted* at *address redacted* have a very bad attitude toward customer.
Due to my dad was old and may not fully understand the condition of shaking the machine and one of the staff who saw and told him not to shake. After which my dad shake again and the staff was so rude and told him off this time round and ended up with a quarrel.
Firstly, he told my dad off and tell him to shift to another side of the machine and play but my dad feedback to him the other side also got same issue then the staff was not happy still scold him.
Secondly, think he was so unhappy due to the customer (my dad) did not follow his instructions and he shouting to him and say u want to fight is it?
Thirdly, he scolding my dad and told him u just go to another outlet and play instead.
Before this incident when I was withdrawing cash out from my token and realised the plastic container was spoil and I take and put it on top of the machines and this staff saw and he was very unhappy and came off and just take the plastic container and throw it on the floor infront of me.
