A netizen shared footage from his dashcam showing a man who allegedly vandalised his car by scratching it.
The incident happened on 14 May at about 7pm, at the multi-storey carpark at Riverwalk, Upper Circular Road.

Then going thru the recordings, I found that 14/5/2022, after I parked my car in The Riverwalk Multi storey car park around 7pm.
I see that there is a person who comes to my car from the ramp of car park, around 7+pm goes back to my car, circles my car and I can see his head popping up from back of my car.
then he scratches the car driver side and goes down the ramp around 705pm.
