The video was taken by a man, believed to be a passerby, who approached the urinating man while filming him.
The man was seen in the video looking away from the camera and facing the road as he happily watered the plants with his bodily fluids.

The act of urinating or defecating in public constitutes an offence under the Environmental Public Health Act.
