A Facebook user, Gary Valentino, shared how he had cancelled his order from Shopee a few days ago, but the parcel was apparently still delivered to his home yesterday.
He said that he has already contacted both Shopee and the seller but at the time of writing, he has still received no answers yet.
He is now at a loss as to what to do with the parcel, explaining that returning it would be a waste of time since he “might reorder it” again.
He also added that the refund has already been made for his cancelled order.

A few days ago, I’ve posted about my cancelled order. But today suddenly they delivered the parcel.
I’ve already contacted both Shopee and seller but no answers yet. The problem now is what should I do with the parcel?
I still want the parcel but returning it would be a waste of time since I’ve might reorder it. However, refund have been made.
Hopefully the admin could contact me back for the matter ASAP.

- You give back refund to Shopee and they will return it to seller. I did that once before. Just contact Shopee customer service and they will give you their bank account number.
- if the shopee seller already dispute and shopee agent refund the money to the seller, so you can just get the item…since the seller and you already get the refund, so the loss is shopee or jnt only.
- Probably seller will get back to you on Monday. Asked for his bank account, transfer to him.BUT most probably J&T has to cover the loss. The seller might get paid twice.
- This happened to me twice. The seller will post the prove of the shipping and you will still get the refund then later on if your parcel arrive, just take it with open heart la. Free item haha
