A woman who recently bought a cabinet from a seller listed on Shopee ends up with disappointment.
The buy stated that the cabinet subpar in quality and fell apart shortly after assembly.
She then leaves a negative review on the seller and she claims that her negative review was not published.
When she contacted the seller for support, the seller accused that the customer did not assemble it properly and stated the following:
“Dear customer, the wardrobe will not fall apart like this if you have completed the whole installation. Logically speaking, after you installed the backboard, there is no way it will fall apart. We believe that you installed it half way and left it hanging which caused the damage. We truly apologise for your “unpleasant” experience. Nonetheless, we thank you for your support.”
The customer then warns other customers to not buy from the seller.
