A video emerged online showing a car parked illegally on a kerb at Upper Thomson Road, and blocking part of the road.
The video was captured on the dashcam of another car that was unable to drive forward due to the Mazda taking up space in front.
The vehicle, a white Mazda, was seen in the video being parked illegally, with half the car blocking the road and the other half on the walkway.
A woman was seen alighting from the illegally parked Mazda, as the camcar slowed down behind, unable to drive forward.
The driver of the Mazda, was also seen in the video gesturing at the camcar driver to drive forward, standing in front of the car to “show” the amount of “space” that was available.
The camcar driver then slowly inched forward but the space was too narrow and unable to proceed.
