A netizen, @elijahmikaelson_og, shared an interesting video onto his TikTok page showing an uncle in Ang Mo Kio lying down on the ground as the rain poured on him.

He captioned his video: “i was delivering food and i asked the uncle if he’s okay.. and he said that he just wanted to feel the rain..”
The uncle in the video, who was fully dressed, was seen lying down on the ground with his arms wide open and looking to the sky as it rained on him.
The netizen shared that he noticed the uncle while making a delivery, and he then went down to approach the uncle and asked him if he was okay.
Quite interestingly, the uncle then explained to the netizen that he just wanted to “feel the rain”.
