An anonymous netizen shared how she was at an eatery at Race Course Road and asked for “non-spicy” curry and was given a curry with “4 big red chillies”.
She then shared her unhappy experience on Facebook, calling the food “hopeless” and the drinks “tasteless” in her Google Reviews.
The owner of the restaurant then responded to her, saying that her plate was cleaned out and she had finished everything on it, questioning her dissatisfaction.
Here is what the woman said
“Ate at *restaurant name redacted* Race Course Road. What happened was the biggest shock of my dining history.
Please see my Google Review and then their response to it. Will I go there with my son to pull a fast one on them? All I am asking them is to apologize.
And instead of being apologetic they are trying to prove that I was being deceiving. I could have raised the issue during dining as well but imagine how will their patrons would have viewed it.
Instead I was polite enough to give my feedback to them in private. And this is what I get in response.”
