I was standing in the front of the bar with my friend ordering drinks for us, when the line behind us started getting longer. A group of men were standing in line directly behind us, and one decided that it would be a great idea to reach down and grab both of our backsides.
I was so shocked when it happened that I looked at my friend and said “hey that dude just groped me.” She didn’t react when it happened to her until I said something about it. So I was PISSED.
I pulled my phone out, turned the camera on, then immediately turned around and took a picture of his face in order to report him later.
He instantly became apologetic, not denying what he did and almost crying. He begged and pleaded, “please delete that, I have outstanding problems already.” He actually apologised.
I told him how unacceptable it was to do what he did & he agreed. Out of desperation, he offered to pay for our drinks as an apology. Our drinks were paid for my whole table of friends, and he left us alone for the whole night.
