Facebook user Leon Lee shared how his neighbour’s two dogs have been barking all day and everyday, from midnight to the morning to the afternoon to the evening.

He said that the owner doesn’t seem to care and the barking is keeping him awake.
Here is what he said
Enough is enough. I do complain this to town council but no use. I even called police don’t be bother to come.
Can’t even have a proper sleep. Can bark on midnight, 4-5am in the morning. Afternoon and evening.
The owner don’t seen to care. 1 dog bark is enough to keep me awake but 2 dogs barking at each other which that unit own 2 dogs is a nightmare.

- I think u should officially email HDB to lodge an official complaint.HDB is the official landlord for all HDB flats.AVS NParks SPCA don’t care. They only need to know where the pet is kept on the licensing part.So u need to identify which blk and unit for HDB to take action.
- Should call SPCA. Most likely the dogs were left alone. Nobody in the house.
- That happens in my area too. The owner/s just let them bark all they want
