After a recent huge crisis and protests in Sri Lanka, the president of Sri Lanka arrived in Singapore today 14 July evening.
According to Straits Times economics in Sri Lanka had been worsening.
Sri Lanka had a shortage of food, medical and fuel.
A huge protestors can be seen on the street in Sri Lanka and stomped into the private property of the President.
It is understood that the President of Sri Lanka had resigned from his position.
The spokesman said, “President of Sri Lanka had neither asked for or given any asylum, Singapore is not in a position to accept any asylum.”
The Singapore Police also urge members of the public in Singapore to abide by Singapore law, action will be taken against those that take part in public assembly.
