A hit and run accident took place on the BKE, exiting towards SLE (CTE/TPE), and was captured on the dashcam of a car that was behind at the time.

GetGo rental car (SLK5798Z) hit and run as the driver and passengers fled from the scene immediately, leaving the rental car behind.
To date, no filing of accident from the GetGo company; as such no compensation given even though it was a clear mistake on the driver’s end who rear-ended me.
Contacted GetGo but they refused to release the driver’s details nor compensate my damage.
Wish to escalate this is as there are more and more rental cars on the road whereby drivers can get away scot free when they got into an accident.
GetGo is not responsible in their business running. If the hirer don’t report insurance, the company should be responsible
