S’POREAN WOMAN PASSED AWAY IN TOKYO, SG EMBASSY SEEKING NEXT OF KIN

According to the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo, a Singaporean woman has passed away alone in Japan.

The Singapore Police Force has also shared the post on Facebook seeking for the next-of-kin.

Here is what the Embassy wrote:

MFA’s appeal for Next-of-Kin information on Singaporeans who passed away in Japan.

We are looking for family members of Ms Tara Tan Horng Shya (Date of Birth: 20 June 1958) who passed away in Tokyo, Japan on 5 July 2022.

If you know her, or have any information about her family members, kindly contact the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs at +65 6379 8000 or the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo at +81 3 3586 9111.

The Singapore Embassy in Tokyo is appealing for the next-of-kin of of 64-year-old Ms Tara Tan Horng Shya to come forward.Ms Tan had passed away in Tokyo, Japan on 5 July 2022.

Anyone with information is requested to call the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs at (+65)6379 8000 or the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo at (+81) 3 3586 9111.
