(Appeal for witnesses. Road accident)
Hi all. Recently my dad’s vehicle met with an accident. Its clear cut other party fault. The junction has traffic camera and we did report it to tp but they have not got back to us after a week.
Now the other party insurance is giving us problems and saying they wana fight a case against us instead saying it’s my dad’s fault.
Unfortunately my dad does not have in car cam in his vehicle. The incident happened on 1st May 2017 @ roughly 645pm. Location was Jalan Besar road and side road from Kitchener road. Infront of Aqueen hotel. Incident involved a white van and a black Audi. We really hope someone who was passing by managed to get the accident caught on camera. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
