A pasar malam is ongoing at Hougang Central, situated beside the Hougang MRT station, and is scheduled to be running from 21 July to 5 August.

Prices are also increased by about 20% as compared to the pre-pandemic period, with a Ramly burger costing about $5 and food stuffs like takoyaki costing about $3 for 6 balls.
There are also tables and chairs for sit-in dining, with the food stalls selling food items such as:
- Ramly burgers
- Fried sotongs
- fruit juices
- Thai milk teas
- kueh tutu,
- takoyaki
- Fried oyster omelette
- Japanese Pizza
- Korean/Taiwanese fried chicken
- fried chicken skin
Other upcoming pasar malams include one that is due to be held beside the Bishan MRT from 29 July to 13 August.
There will also be two other pasar malams set to be held near Tampines MRT station and Changi City Point, from 1 August to 30 August.
