Help me make this guy famous, totally ruined Mother’s day. I was browsing Facebook with my phone when I received a call from this delivery partner.
I picked up the call and he was immediately aggressive and rude, demanding for my block and unit number, which if u Google the postal code u would get my block number, and the unit number I have already keyed in to the app.
I asked why he was rude and he scolded me saying he called many times and I didn’t pick up. I was using my phone, looking at it for at least 30 mins before he called, and I picked up immediately.
I checked my call logs and he only called once, which I picked up,but he kept insisting he called many times. When he came to my door he was still very rude and aggressive, shoving his phone in my face to show me my address.
He was so rude and loud he woke up my 3 month old baby sleeping in the living room. I said I would make a complain to Uber Eats and he just said “Complain lah!” and stomped off.
Totally unprofessional.
