GIRL ENTERS 3RD YEAR OF BEING IN THE WORKFORCE, STILL EARNING ONLY $1.8K

3rd year as a working adult and im still earning a stagnant salary of 1.8k and have been through 3 jobs. And i have no idea what career i fit in/fits me. + im introverted yay

Im a 24F this year and graduated from poly in 2018 with a “niche” business diploma. Im still working low-skilled admin jobs (for the past 2 years).

I know most would say “im still young no need to worry” but YO how can i not worry for my career and financial stability when everyone around me are either secured with perm jobs or pursuing degree while here i am, too broke for uni and just going through contract jobs for the past 2 yrs (my first job was a perm and actually had a lot of potential for me to learn as a rookie but management was shit so I left).

Also, my current and last job is in the social service line so im thinking of continuing in this industry to avoid.

Making my resume look like a rojak but i cant keep going for admin roles!!! I have 4 months left on my current contract and see little to no hope of joining this company as FT so now im slowly panicking thinking about my employment future.

Then it got me thinking (again) like i literally have not gained much hard skills for the past 3 jobs, enough to at least make me employable to a decent company.

So my main concern here is how does one identify the skills you have and match it to a career in my case?? Also doesnt help that im introverted so “outgoing/strong interpersonal skills”as a requirement in job ads intimidate meeee
