A video has been circulating on social media, several groups of youngsters were seen knocked out by the road or by the pillar of a building outside a drinking place.
At least 3 males and 1 female were seen very drunk and needed others to take care of them. The video was shot along Cecil Street.
According to a netizen who works in the area, he said it is like this almost every night.
