Facebook user Charlotte Susanna shared how she “observed” that she has been paying $128 for her Singtel bill instead of her “usual” $85 fees for her Mio TV and home internet.
She then contacted Singtel and was allegedly told that her contract was over but she claims that she didnb’t receive any notification to recontract.
She said that she then wanted to recontract but was told that there are no promotions for Mio Tv and she will still have to pay $128

Hi all , do be very careful about having contracts with Singtel.
Recently I have been observed that I have been paying $128 for my Singtel bill instead of the usual $85 monthly for Mio TV and home internet.
When I contacted the staff , they replied my contract is over but NO LETTER OR MESSAGE WAS SENT TO NOTIFY TO RECONTRACT ???
So I said to recontract with SINGTEL and was informed that MIO TV has no promotion and the bill will be the same $128.
If I want to recontract ……. there will be a $5 rebate and will be with SINGTEL FOR 2 years .
I will source for a cheaper telcos and will return all my equipments to SINGTEL .
With the inflation so high , SINGTEL is like robbing innocent subscriber of our money .
