A car was seen driving erratically and slowly before stopping at the junction of Keppel Road and Anson Road, after other motorists repeatedly honked at the vehicle.
The driver was later found sleeping at the wheel with his mouth wide open, before being arrested by the police for suspected drink driving.
The incident reportedly took place in the Tanjong Pagar area on 7 October at about 2.35am.
A video emerged online showing the Toyota Raize at a traffic light not moving at all despite the traffic light turning green, before starting to move really slowly and ultimately coming to a stop.
The incident was captured on the dashcam of a car that was behind it, and the rear-cam showed the car stopping in the middle of the road.
The erratic moving car was later seen parked at a carpark at Tanjong Pagar Complex, and the driver (who encountered the Toyota Raize), later called the police.
The man was seen sleeping at the wheel with his mouth open, and a breathalyser test was then done on the driver by the traffic police.
The Singapore Police Force confirmed that a 33-year-old man had been arrested for suspected drink driving.
