Facebook user Chynta Apiq shared how she has been waiting for 2 months for her TV that is still under warranty, to be fixed and delivered.
She said that the after-sales team of the company that she bought her TV from, has been allegedly coming up with excuses and delaying her TV.

It has been 2 months I’ve been waiting for my tv to be fixed and delivered. One after another excuses. Keep delaying and delaying.
My tv is under warranty. Now asking their after sales team. No reply from them. It is so hard to get their reply.
Asked from their sales team keeps on pushing to their other sales team. First,covid.. then team fall sick. then now contractor of team change. Excuses after excuses.
I have been very patient regarding this. As you can read from the message that i screenshot below. I even asked them whether i can self collect instead if it’s so difficult for them to deliver

- JUST GO DIRECTLY TO THE COMPANY AGENT AND NOT THE SALE PROMOTER.
YOU SHOULD HAVE THE WARRANTY CARD THAT HALF OF THE POSITION NEED TO BE POST TO THE DIRECT AGENT.
