Facebook user Peter Gan shared photos of cars, motorcycles, and walls at a carpark in Punggol after they were vandalised.

This happened last night or maybe this morning (not sure exactly) in one of the multi storey carpark at Punggol Bayview, Sumang walk.
Multiple cars and motorbikes were affected and vandalized, even neighboring residential blocks were also affected throughout the estate.
According to those affected and made reports, the authorities had already identified and arrested those responsible but not yet verified…
Sigh, back maybe 30 years ago, such blatant disregard for law and vandalism is either drug/alcohol induced, or part of gang initiation.
I can’t believe such practices prevail till this day

Persons found guilty of vandalism face a fine of up to $2,000, or a jail term of up to 3 years, and caning of between 3 to 8 strokes.
