ICA’s statement
ICA will be conducting an operational exercise at the Arrival Car Zone and Arrival Bus Zone of Tuas Checkpoint from 15 November, 7pm till 16 November, 3am.
This exercise is part of ICA’s ongoing efforts to test and validate its operational readiness and response plans.
As there will be partial closure leading to the arrival car lanes and arrival bus hall, officers will be on-site to guide travellers to alternative areas for immigration clearance during the affected period.
Blanks and thunder flashes will be used during the course of the exercise. Travellers who are at Tuas Checkpoint during the stated period need not be alarmed. Signages will also be put up at all exercise areas.
Travellers are advised to check traffic conditions via LTA’s One Motoring website before embarking on their journey.
