TikTok user @annapooty shared how she bought a Louis Vuitton handbag for $2,400 and came home to an empty box, calling it the “shock of (her) life”.
It is unclear where she bought the bag from but based on the hashtags on her video, it seems like she bought it from Marina Bay Sands.
She said that after finding the box empty, she tried to call the staff and ask for an explanation, but the staff allegedly “tried to gaslight” her instead.
The woman then filed a police report for the missing handbag, as she included a photo of the police report on her TikTok video.
She said in the report that she didn’t notice that the bag was not in the box as the box was rather heavy itself.
She also added that the missing bag was then found after the police report was made, but she stopped short of explaining how it was found.
