Consequences of telling him that she’s been cheating on him…with me?
A few months ago a new girl started at work. I knew she had a BF at the time so I didn’t pursue anything romantic with her. However, she certainly pursued me. Less than a week after she started we were already sleeping together. I knew it was wrong but I didn’t know what kind of relationship they had. She was the instigator any way. So I didn’t feel too bad about it. I know I’m not a saint though.
Over the past few months we had continued seeing each other and I’ve pieced together that she’s basically with him for his money. That’s basically the only she mentions about him. “He’s got a nice car” “I just want to spend the rest of our lives making money “. Things like that.
Me and her spend way more time together than the two of them even though they live in the same house. She’s even said she considers me a better friend than him. But when I’ve asked if she would ever leave him for me she says she could never. I have a fairly middle class income and he’s got more. So it seems pretty obvious she’s in it for the money.
Over the past week or two though the honeymoon phase has kind of slipped away between us. Her true colors have come out. The last night we hung out she got us kicked out of a bar and fought the bar tender. So I basically don’t want to keep seeing her.
Now the real dilemma. I’m questioning whether to inform the bf of the cheating gold digger he’s got living with him. I’m wondering if anyone else has been in this situation. Or at least informed a partner of their partners infidelity.
Instagram and email are the only ways I have to contact him. And I have video evidence of her coming and going at my house at all hours and kissing me from my ring camera. As well as screen shots of her telling me how much she loves me. So there’s definitive proof. It won’t be a “he said she said” thing.
So again I guess I’m concerned about what unknown consequences I might be up against if I do tell him. I’m fairly certain she would quit work if I did go through with it. But Any insight is appreciated.
