I bought a Samsung A23 5G last month and in less than one month my phone spoiled(no vibration at all).
I went to Samsung customer service last 20th of December and the customer service representative told me that my phone needs to be repaired
so following the next day 21st of Dec 2022 I went to (Bedok mall) Samsung customer service and gave my phone for repair.
This morning I’ve received text from Samsung that my phone has repaired and Request me to collect my phone.
so at late noon I went to Samsung customer care service center and When they returned my phone, I found out that without repair they return back my phone.
When I told the Samsung customer service agent they simply said that they thought that my phone had no technical issue which I mentioned to them earlier no vibration at all.
And asked me to go there again tomorrow. I was very disappointed with the Samsung unprofessional service.
