Singapore was tied with South Korea in 2nd place, with both countries having visa-free access to 192 countries – Japan took the crown with visa-free access to 193 countries for the second year in a row.

Singapore previously took the top spot in 2021, before dropping to 2nd place in 2022 with Japan overtaking us, and again this year.

The top three most powerful passports in the rankings were held by countries in Asia, with the rest of the Top 10 being held by Europe.

Noteworthily, Singapore is the only country in Southeast Asia to be in the Top 10 of the ranking.
