MAN WENT TO SINGTEL @ STAR VISTA FOR HELP, TOLD TO GO TO CHINATOWN, THEN TURF CITY

I was having issues with SingTel TV yesterday, 22/01/23 Sunday at 9am and so decided to call SingTel in the morning and was told to go Star Vista Popstation for an exchange.

Upon reaching there, they called to say no stock, and was changed to Chinatown Point.

Went to Chinatown Point, they sent a wrong pass code, called SingTel again and they said no stock! And changed to Turf City which machine was out of order!

Called again and this Filipino girl was just so rude! Spent an hour on the line and she did not even understand what I wanted – change to the next location.

The girl even dared to raise her voice at me! After running around half of SG, drenched in the rain! And yet they cannot get a proper popstation.

Then came a guy took over the line. And wanted to send me back to Star Vista! When asked to check properly, he replied ‘no stock’. He simply set a technician appointment for 12.30pm which I told him I have a company’s lunch and he said he will assist in changing and kept repeating that he will waive $50 from the next bill. But I am not interested in the wavier. Get the issue resolved!

It’s now 10.06am on 23/01/23, Monday and no one called. Had to call SingTel again! And this time was told there was no arrangements for change of timing!

SingTel! What is wrong with your customer service!
