The cam-car driver also panic at the same time, he suddenly turn on his wipers for no reason. A netizen who noticed this said:
“Time to switch off your wipers, bro! Don’t just laugh at other’s mistake! At least the driver has skills to reverse back!”

A netizen said that the driver is a pest and should not be allowed on the road. “A mistake that can kill someone 1 day… idiot driver. Pest should not be driving.”
Penalties for driving against traffic:

Should let the guy fully reverse before proceeding further
