MAN SUSPECTED OF MAKING FALSE POLICE REPORT!

A 37-year-old man got himself implicated with the law after he made a police report claiming that he was robbed.

Singapore Police Force(SPF) conducted investigations and found out that the information provided by the man was false.

The 37-year-old claims that he was robbed on a Sunday Morning of almost SGD$800 by two unknown man.

SPF has provided information to the public that anyone caught or found to be providing fake reports to the police can be jailed up to 1 year and/or fined up to SGD$5K.

The police are busy protecting Singapore, emergency services should not be activated for false reports by anyone. Apparently, the 37-year-old does not understand and wasting public resources for making such a claim.
