The man, who was seen in the video donning a lime coloured vest and appearing to be a security guard, was seen in the video shouting “Chap buay siao (18 siao), yo ah yo! Sio di yo!”

He then went on and carried on shouting, as he punched his hands in the air, “limpeh si chap buay siao eh ginna (I am a follower of 18 siao!).”

He then continued walking forwards and swinging his arms in a near-180-degrees in the quintessential, before punching his first into the air like Uncle Raymond and shouting “I am a headman gangster!”

A netizen commented that he later saw the man at Giant (yesterday morning) and the man was spotted sitting down with 2 policemen, looking solemn and not daring to continue chanting his gang slogans.
