A racist man in the United States visited a Chinese restaurant, Rose Garden in Albuquerque, New Mexico and was bothered by the existence of a Buddha statue inside that he demanded a refund for his food.
The man, identifying himself as a Christian, expresses his disapproval of the statue and insists on not wanting the food.
He told the staff that “I don’t want the food because you’ve got the Buddha there, I don’t believe in that so I don’t want that.”
The staff, who appeared to be the manager, told him that the man is being racist and refused to give him a refund for his absurd behaviour.
While waiting for his order, the man engages in arguments with other customers. One individual advises him to “love thy neighbour,” highlighting the potential contradiction between his Christian beliefs and his behaviour.
Throughout the incident, a young boy accompanying the man stands by his side, engrossed in a handheld game.
A woman later intervenes in the situation and sternly tells the man to “shut up”, bringing an end to the video.
