A distressing incident unfolded at a hotel in Johor Bahru (JB) when a lift unexpectedly plummeted from the fourth level, causing fear and entrapment among its occupants who were trapped inside the lift carriage.
Astonishingly, the guests had to take matters into their own hands to escape, as assistance allegedly failed to arrive from the hotel.
One of the traumatized occupants, who encountered this harrowing experience, shared their account on TikTok under the username @kef_tan.
