In another TikTok video, the losing challenger seemed to show no reservations about the punishment. He eagerly reached his hands into a squat toilet, cupping some water to wash his face.
To the shock of viewers, he took the forfeit even further, rubbing and massaging his face with the water before repeating the process multiple times.
