2. Report to ICA and get his passport revoked! They definitely can launch an investigation and do so. There needs to be repercussions for this sort of behaviour.
3. I actually have yet to meet a Ex-PRC new SC that actually have full of praise for Singapore and be a whole hearted SC. All of them still find ways and means to have valid IDs back in China to “remain legit” there, apply APEC card to be able to stay in China 60 days at one go.
   Worse, as SC, still say how 国内 (back home) is better in this and that and Sg is the slums.
4. My ex colleague is a prc convertedto singapore citizen. He did NS. But he said if there is war in sg, he will just flee to china
