If u are just an individual and/or a dog and/or owner, or fostering any dog/s or cat/s, please do not get involve, be it just friends or having him as a boyfriend or husband with mentioned ‘Allan Seow Kok Heng’ or even disclose your house add. and/or even your parent’s and/or grandparent’s house add. as he will write to HDB to complaint about your beloved dog/s and/or cat/s.
Allan Seow could not accept the fact that his ex-girlfriend of 2 months+ initiated a break-up as they are not suited to be together due to Allan having no savings at all and does not save even thou he is working and does not understanding the importance of saving.
With that, he brought along $1,000 which he received partial of his salary on 3 Aug and booked a trip on 4 Aug to Bangkok from 5 Aug to 10 Aug.
On 8 Aug, while still in Bangkok and with so much hatred, he revenged by submitting a feedback to HDB to complain on his ex-girlfriend’s dogs.
In his email, he keep on mentioning ‘breaking the law’ where he himself was just released from Prison in June or July 2016 for a 5 years imprisonment since Year 2012 due to theft on a large scale of diamonds from his previous workplace.
It was shared by himself that he did not have any lawyer for mitigation on his criminal offence, back then.
In June 2016, he was released on parole, on the agreed term with a mandatory of working at ‘Eighteen Chefs’ and a Curfew under the Singapore Law. It was also known that prior to Year 2012, he have also been in and out of jail.
This action of Allan Seow Kok Heng reflects his moral, EI (Emotional Intelligence) and integrity.
