Ordered Grab food, The delivery guy delivery mode is walking, but it started raining. He told me there will be a delay so i told him there is a shortcut if he takes the underpass from the mrt and there is a sheltered walkway.

He ignores my message and decides to sit at the restaurant for 10 minutes. I repeated my message again, he doesn’t respond and cancelled my order. Which means he probably ate my food.
I don’t understand, am i in the wrong? By taking the sheltered shortcut he would would be able to complete my order quicker and be able to complete more orders when the day ends.
I guess he dosent like to be bossed around thats why he chose to do grabfood, don’t know if he will progress much in the future.
