On October 20 at 9:35 AM, DBS Bank’s Paylah! services experienced a sudden disruption. Customers reported being unable to access their accounts, make transactions, or use the digital wallet. This disruption comes only days after the bank resolved a previous service outage, raising concerns about the stability of digital banking services.
